JOB PURPOSE

Ensure the security and compliance of Sales & Receivable business.

Ensure the accounting processes and results meet requirements of quality and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Undertake accounting strategy objectives from superior, make actionable plans and form to-do list.
  • Conduct process management and result control on team’s key projects and issues.
  • Ensure that accounting team timely response to new business, other departments, corporate partners, and risk outside company.
  • Regularly report process of team’s important issues and monthly financial report.
  • Continuously build company’s accounting system capacity. Standardize accounting processes, establish rules and regulations, and gradually implement systematic construction to improve industry-finance synergy.
  • Responsible for the efficient operation of team, including resource allocation, backup building, employee training and development, and team atmosphere building.
  • Learn excellent experience from enterprises in the same industry.
  • Evaluate the details for Auditor requirement and resolve their query at the time of audit.
  • Coordinate & Preparing the details against notice replay of any authority etc
  • Proper coordination with team to finalize the every compliance related reconciliation, GST ,, TDS , TCS , 26AS etc
  • Analysis the system related issue and develop the reports with the help of IT person
  • Strong evaluate and scrutinize the AP , AR , GL , Monthly closing , Financial , Trial Balance related transaction .
  • Implementation of new changes in law , Process , flow of interface etc. in relation with AP , AR , GL.
  • Evaluate the Inventory movement and Provision of Slow-moving Inventory on Quarterly, Yearly basis.
  • Strong Knowledge of Fixed assets capitalization, CWIP, Lease hold Improvement, Component accounting etc
  • Evaluate the GST account code , TDS and TCS compliance and Quarterly return along with Foreign Supplier etc with Trial Balance .
  • Monthly Closing , Provision , Custom duty , Expenses , Un billed revenue etc duly incorporated in ERP

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor degree

Specialist Qualifications / Certifications : CA (Preferred)

Specific experience : 3~5 Year in Oracle ERP

Overall experience : 9 Year plus
