IAM (Identity Access Management) Lead Consultant
Location: Onsite in Dubai
Contract Duration: 3+ months
Description
We are seeking an experienced IAM (Identity Access Management) Lead Consultant for a 3+ month engagement with a leading healthcare enterprise. This role will require on-site work in Dubai and a focus on optimizing access controls, compliance, and governance frameworks across key systems.
Key Responsibilities
Review and document current roles, rights, and conflicting roles across Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, and HCM modules), D365 (Fn O), and four HIS systems.
Analyze the existing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SOD) practices, identifying gaps and risks.
Provide strategic recommendations to optimize roles, rights, and privileges to mitigate risks and eliminate conflicts.
Develop a future-state RBAC and SOD matrix aligned with industry best practices and tailored to the organization’s requirements.
Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis of the current user account management processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), RBAC, SOD, and Access Certification (UAR).
Prepare a detailed roadmap for transitioning to an improved governance and compliance framework for user account management.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) consulting, particularly in large-scale healthcare enterprises.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, and HCM modules), D365 (Fn O), and HIS systems.
Expertise in developing and optimizing RBAC and SOD frameworks.
Familiarity with integration processes involving Active Directory (on-prem and Azure AD).
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory and operational requirements, with experience managing user access in healthcare environments.
Strong analytical and documentation skills to perform comprehensive gap analyses and deliver actionable recommendations.
