Position : IAM ConsultantExperience : 5+ yearsLocation : (Specify location or if remote)Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions that align with our organization’s security and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in ensuring secure access to resources while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Implementation : Develop and deploy IAM solutions, including access management, user provisioning, authentication, and authorization.Access Controls : Implement role-based access controls (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO) to ensure secure and efficient access.Policy Management : Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).System Integration : Integrate IAM tools with various enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and HR systems.Risk Management : Identify and mitigate IAM-related security risks by implementing effective monitoring and logging systems.Support and Troubleshooting : Provide advanced support for IAM issues and troubleshoot access issues to ensure minimal disruption.Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of IAM configurations, policies, and workflows.QualificationsEducation : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.Technical Skills :Proficiency in IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or Saviynt.Strong understanding of directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD).Experience with SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols.Certifications

(preferred): Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), CISSP, or similar relevant certifications.Soft SkillsAnalytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot IAM issues.Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.Project Management : Experience in project management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth and wellness benefitsOpportunities for professional development and certification
