About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist with proven experience in real estate residential marketing . This role is focused only on lead generation for residential projects.
Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns for residential real estate projects.
Work closely with channel partners and agencies to drive quality leads.
Manage monthly marketing budgets of ₹1 Cr to ₹3 Cr efficiently.
Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment.
Maintain clear documentation of campaign setups, audiences, creatives and performance.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate digital marketing (residential) .
Proven experience working with channel partners or agencies .
Hands-on experience running lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other paid channels.
Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign tracking, attribution and reporting (CPL, ROAS, conversion funnels).
Immediate joiner preferred.
SEO and Content Writing profiles are not suitable for this role.
