Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative
Location: Gurgaon
Job Summary:
We seek a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers in the energy, telecom, and power sectors, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote energy, telecom, and power products and services.
§ Follow communication scripts to handle various topics effectively.
§ Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
§ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
§ Meet personal and team targets for call volume and sales performance.
§ Upsell products and services when appropriate.
§ Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
§ Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
§ Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Requirements:
§ Previous experience in a sales or call center role, preferably in the energy, telecom, or power sectors.
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
§ Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
§ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
§ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
§ High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
§ Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
§ Proficiency in multiple languages.
§ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
§ Knowledge of the energy, telecom, and power industries.
