If you're fluent in "corporate speak" but can also keep it real with candidates, we want to hear from you RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Utilize various channels to proactively source and engage with potential candidates. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Passion for human capital and understanding of people behavior. Prior experience in technical recruitment, especially in the aerospace or engineering sectors. Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
