Role Description We are seeking an experienced and highly accountable Human Resource Specialist to independently manage and drive end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of HR processes, ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and a positive employee experience across the organization. Experience: 56 Years Location: Chennai (WFO) - 5 days working Key Responsibilities - Manage full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, and exit processes. - Lead recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination. - Maintain HR documentation, HRIS accuracy, payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. - Drive employee engagement, communication, and grievance handling. - Support workforce planning, HR reporting, and process improvements. Requirements - Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field. - 56 years of strong hands-on experience in complete HR operations. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and confidentiality standards. - Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
