Job Description Position: Human Resources Operations Specialist Organization: Afaq Group Location: Tolichowki, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in end-to-end HR Operations Reporting To: Head Administration / Group Management About the Role The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for the flawless execution of all core Human Resources processes across Afaq Group's diverse entities (Medical & Hospitality). This role ensures consistency, compliance, and efficiency in the employee life-cycle management and HR data maintenance for the entire group. Key Responsibilities Employee Life-cycle Management - Compliance & Policy Implementation - HRIS & Record Management - Time, Attendance & Payroll Coordination - Staff Engagement & Communication - Policy & Discipline Support Requirements - Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in HR Operations, HR Administration - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment regulations, and attendance systems. - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools and experience managing an HRIS platform. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee data with the highest discretion.
