We believe in empowering our people through collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning — and we’re looking for an experienced HR Specialist to be part of this journey. Role Overview The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing core HR functions including employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. The role requires a people-oriented professional who can maintain a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution while driving a culture of trust, growth, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and exit processes. Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and communication programs to enhance workplace culture. Partner with business units to address people-related needs, including performance feedback, grievance handling, and career progression. Work closely with the L&D team to define and track training needs, competency mapping, and career development programs. Conduct HR interviews for mid- to senior-level roles and negotiate compensation within internal frameworks. Maintain compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Support leadership teams in implementing HR processes and initiatives consistently across the organization. Prepare HR dashboards, attrition analysis, and other periodic reports. Be proactive in identifying HR process improvements and automation opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications MBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 8–10 years of experience in HR roles within IT / technology service companies . Strong understanding of HR operations, employee life cycle, and L&D processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — ability to engage with employees across levels. Proven ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy. Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
