Role Overview: As a Product Manager at Verdantis, you will be responsible for the architecture and development of our master data management solutions for customer master. This role is essential in driving product innovation, ensuring seamless integration of AI, and providing a forward-thinking approach to managing complex customer data. You will collaborate across teams to define the product vision and strategy, with the goal of building a best-in-class, AI-driven data management system. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of our customer master data management solutions with a focus on AI integration. Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science to ensure smooth product execution. Understand market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities to deliver innovative solutions that create value. Experience in overseeing the full product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to delivery and continuous improvement. Monitor and evaluate product performance, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize. Act as the internal and external product champion, representing the voice of the customer. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience (8+ years) in a product management role within a similar capacity in product organizations, preferably in master data management vertical or related industries. Experience with AI technologies and their application in product development, particularly within data-centric environments. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver product innovations and improvements. Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data management principles. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
