We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to work with our client in HyderabadExperience: 5 to 9 yrLocation: HyderabadWFO - 4 days a weekLooking for Immediate to 30 days MaxClient: CloudPeritusJob Summary :We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will guide a team of developers, manage technical projects, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce implementations aligned with business objectivesKey Responsibilities :- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.- Oversee and perform Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Salesforce API integrations.- Lead integration projects with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).- Implement best practices for coding standards, security, performance, and scalability.- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development guidelines.- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth delivery of projects.- Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD using tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide support as needed.- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security model, and data best practices.Required Skills :- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience; 2+ years in a lead role.- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware).- Knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, security, and sharing rules.- Experience with DevOps and deployment tools (SFDX, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.- Ability to manage technical teams and deliverables.- Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Role: Technical LeadIndustry Type: IT Services & ConsultingDepartment: Engineering - Software & QAEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Software DevelopmentCompany: Cloudnausor TechnologiesClient: CloudPeritus
