We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to work with our client in HyderabadExperience: 5 to 9 yrLocation: HyderabadWFO - 4 days a weekLooking for Immediate to 30 days MaxClient: CloudPeritusJob Summary :We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will guide a team of developers, manage technical projects, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce implementations aligned with business objectivesKey Responsibilities :Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.Oversee and perform Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages , and Salesforce API integrations.Lead integration projects with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).Implement best practices for coding standards, security, performance, and scalability.Conduct code reviews , mentor developers, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development guidelines.Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth delivery of projects.Drive DevOps practices , including CI/CD using tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide support as needed.Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security model, and data best practices .Required Skills : 5+ years of Salesforce development experience; 2+ years in a lead role .Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Flows .Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud .Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware).Knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, security, and sharing rules .Experience with DevOps and deployment tools (SFDX, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills .Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Leadership and mentoring capabilities.Ability to manage technical teams and deliverables .Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Role: Technical LeadIndustry Type: IT Services & ConsultingDepartment: Engineering - Software & QAEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Software DevelopmentCompany: Cloudnausor TechnologiesClient: CloudPeritus
