Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will guide a team of developers, manage technical projects, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce implementations aligned with business objectives


Key Responsibilities :


  • Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.
  • Oversee and perform Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Salesforce API integrations.
  • Lead integration projects with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).
  • Implement best practices for coding standards, security, performance, and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development guidelines.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth delivery of projects.
  • Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD using tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security model, and data best practices.


Required Skills :


  • ‍5+ years of Salesforce development experience; 2+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, security, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with DevOps and deployment tools (SFDX, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Ability to manage technical teams and deliverables.
  • Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
