Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you will lead our recruitment team, manage recruitment activities, and work hands-on to fill key positions. This includes optimizing our existing HRIS/ATS systems, supporting recruiters with roles, and driving process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new employees.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and an up-to-date understanding of employment legislation for the USA and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for a range of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Collaborate closely with recruiters to close challenging positions, while stepping in to recruit for high-priority roles as needed.
Process Development: Design and continuously improve recruitment workflows, including candidate sourcing, screening, selection, and tracking of hiring metrics. Identify and implement optimizations to the existing HRIS/ATS to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Develop innovative sourcing strategies across diverse platforms and channels to attract top talent. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing and HR to enhance employer branding efforts. Promote the company’s brand through social media, networking events, and recruitment platforms.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates, enhancing touchpoints at every stage of the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and selection criteria.
Data and Reporting: Utilize recruitment analytics to track, analyze, and report on hiring metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities align with legal regulations and company policies. Maintain organized and up-to-date records within the HRIS/ATS.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in process setup, improvement, and HRIS/ATS optimization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.
Proven experience in optimizing recruitment processes and ATS systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting.
Preferred: Experience in high-growth or tech-focused environments, knowledge of employment laws, and advanced skills in recruitment software and ATS/HRIS platforms.
This is fulltime work from home role with timings starting from 7pm to 3:30am
The candidate must have 25mbps of internet, dedicated office space and laptop
