The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with corporate clients, malls, and other entities to enhance revenue streams, strengthen brand presence, and ensure long-term business profitability.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to grow captive business opportunities and revenue channels.Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activities to identify emerging opportunities and growth areas.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, franchise owners, and industry partners to ensure business alignment and profitability.Identify and establish strategic partnerships with corporations, malls, and other potential collaborators.Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored offerings for captive market segments.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to optimize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and delivery excellence.Monitor and evaluate captive business performance, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of targets.Oversee a portfolio of key captive clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and
