You’ll be Responsible for?
Lead and mentor a team of Backend & Front-end developers working with Java, Spring boot, Node.js, AngularJS, ReactJS, and JavaScript.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, Design & Quality Teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and platform Architectural scalability.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
What You’d have?
Proven experience as a Fullstack developer with a strong portfolio.
12+ yrs of Extensive experience with Java, Springboot, AngularJS, ReactJS, JavaScript & Microservices in building high scalable systems.
Strong understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building high scalable systems for large enterprise applications
Knowledge of backend technologies and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
