You’ll be Responsible for?

  • Lead and mentor a team of Backend & Front-end developers working with Java, Spring boot, Node.js, AngularJS, ReactJS, and JavaScript.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, Design & Quality Teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and platform Architectural scalability.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

What You’d have?

  • Proven experience as a Fullstack developer with a strong portfolio.
  • 12+ yrs of Extensive experience with Java, Springboot, AngularJS, ReactJS, JavaScript & Microservices in building high scalable systems.
  • Strong understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building high scalable systems for large enterprise applications
  • Knowledge of backend technologies and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
