If you share our vision, we’d love to have you onboard.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates for both technical and non-technical roles, preferably within the financial services industry.Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management.- Source candidates using multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri and internal databases.- Handle recruitment for both Tech roles (C++, Python, Quant) and Non-Tech roles (Operations, Compliance, Finance, etc.).- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.- Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers.- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.- Coordinate with stakeholders for interview scheduling, feedback collection, and closure.Qualifications- 2–3 years of Tech recruitment experience (mix of tech & non-tech hiring preferred).- Strong sourcing and screening skills with a proven record of successful closures.- Experience hiring in the financial markets / fintech /HFT domain is highly desirable.- Graduate in Engineering or related field preferred.- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS platforms.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.Benefits & Perks:- Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses.- Flat organizational structure with high ownership and visibility.- Medical insurance – we've got you and your dependents covered.- Catered meals/snacks for 5 working days in office.- Generous paid time off policies.Pluswealth Capital Management is an equal opportunity employer
