In Marketing, we are looking for ambitious professionals for the role of AVP/VP (Marketing), who will head marketing function and report to Director Sales. The position is based in Shimla and Delhi NCR and may require extensive travelling between the two centres.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an AVP/VP (Marketing) at Tara Devi's Enclave based in the Greater Delhi Area (however, the first 2-3 months, you may be required to be posted at Shimla office for induction). The AVP/VP (Marketing) will oversee and execute the marketing strategies to promote luxury vacation homes. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing digital marketing efforts, overseeing content creation, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize lead generation and conversion. The role will also involve building brand awareness through various media channels and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies.Key prerequisites· Management graduate from a leading B-School· Proven track record and experience (10 year preferred) in marketing vacation homes· Ability to think out of boxJob Location - Shimla/Delhi NCRCompensation : 15 Lac to 36 lac per annum linked to profileQualificationsMarketing Strategy, Market Research, and Digital Marketing skillsExperience in content creation/supervision, content marketing, and campaign managementStrong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
