This isn’t a back-office role — it’s an opportunity to be embedded in the core of how a global deep tech company runs and scales compliantly.What You’ll OwnCustomer Billing & Collections (UK + Global Clients) Maintain trackers for contracts, billing cycles, and collection schedulesCoordinate with delivery teams before raising invoicesPrepare, review, and issue timely invoices across entitiesTrack receivables and follow up on overdue paymentsEscalate collection delays to the senior finance teamVendor Payments & Expense Management Record vendor invoices and internal expenses in the accounting systemEnsure approvals are in place before booking expensesTrack
