About the Role:

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner to us for helping SMEs unlock opportunities for growth, transformation, and success. Your deep corporate insights and strong industry network will be instrumental in identifying and executing strategic solutions, including:


  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • SME Listing & Capital Structuring
  • Corporate Strategy Development
  • Business Restructuring
  • Leadership and Culture Transformation Initiatives


This is a success-fee-based engagement, offering substantial rewards for your contributions to impactful SME transactions. The role is built on collaboration and mutual growth, allowing you to pursue your passion for networking and contributing while enjoying flexibility and independence


What You’ll Do:
  • Leverage your industry network to identify SMEs in need of strategic business solutions.
  • Understand their growth aspirations and propose tailored solutions.
  • Facilitate M&A transactions, SME listings, and strategic restructuring and leadership initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients and stakeholders.
  • Partner with us in ensuring sustainable growth and value creation for SMEs.
