What you will do
Has extensive experience in HR Operations like Employee Relations, Employee Engagement & Performance appraisals, Payroll, etc.
Work effectively, transparently, and in a partner-like fashion to advise and influence the founders and the leadership team, ensuring buy-in to key policy and process designs and discipline on company-wide implementation
Should have worked on the culture upliftment of the company and have an extensive experience around it.
Will also be taking the initiative in Spearheading the Learning & Development program for the company.
They should be able to build HR, connect with business managers and employees within the organization, solve their issues, address their grievances, counsel them, etc.
Coordinate and support the organization's HR initiatives and lead with an example.
What are you like
Master's/bachelor's degree or relevant experience
8+ years' experience in Human Resources
Well-versed in legal frameworks of employment and topics related to payroll.
Love solving problems - you’re rarely satisfied unless you’ve analyzed why a problem has occurred and how to fix it
Are a credible communicator with impeccable presentation skills
Have a strong track record of developing impactful partnerships with stakeholders
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgment
