Social Pilot is seeking a talented HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to building impactful SaaS products in the Martech space that resonate with our customers. You will work within a highly collaborative environment alongside cross-functional teams, including UX and UI designers, product managers, engineers, customer success managers, and marketing managers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our creative process and innovation.

This role is full-time, Ahmedabad

What you will do

- Has extensive experience in HR Operations like Employee Relations, Employee Engagement & Performance appraisals, Payroll, etc.- Work effectively, transparently, and in a partner-like fashion to advise and influence the founders and the leadership team, ensuring buy-in to key policy and process designs and discipline on company-wide implementation- Should have worked on the culture upliftment of the company and have an extensive experience around it.- Will also be taking the initiative in Spearheading the Learning & Development program for the company.- They should be able to build HR, connect with business managers and employees within the organization, solve their issues, address their grievances, counsel them, etc.- Coordinate and support the organization's HR initiatives and lead with an example.

What are you like

- Master's/bachelor's degree or relevant experience- 8+ years' experience in Human Resources- Well-versed in legal frameworks of employment and topics related to payroll.- Love solving problems - you’re rarely satisfied unless you’ve analyzed why a problem has occurred and how to fix it- Are a credible communicator with impeccable presentation skills- Have a strong track record of developing impactful partnerships with stakeholders- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills- Attention to detail and good judgment
