In this role, you will:- Manage Media spends across different platforms.- Optimize vitals performance metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, RoAS, CAC.- Manage inventory forecasting and coordinate with ops for inventory procurement.- Collaborate with Content and Marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns.- Own Top line and deliver high ROI campaigns- Analyze and Track Ecommerce performance and plan strategies to grow it further.- Own Retention, SEO and owned media strategy to drive business avenues.Qualifications- 5+ years of experience as a Ecommerce/ Performance/ Growth manager in a D2C.- Knack for data and analytics.- Strong Mathematics and Business acumen is must.- Have detailed experience with Shopify.- Worked on ad platforms: Meta, Google, Snapchat.- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and business analysis.- Excellent communication skills.What We Offer- Be part of a fast-growing industry and dynamic team.- Immerse yourself in the sneaker culture.
