Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Growth Manager at Superkicks. In this role, you will:


  • Manage Media spends across different platforms.
  • Optimize vitals performance metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, RoAS, CAC.
  • Manage inventory forecasting and coordinate with ops for inventory procurement.
  • Collaborate with Content and Marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
  • Own Top line and deliver high ROI campaigns
  • Analyze and Track Ecommerce performance and plan strategies to grow it further.
  • Own Retention, SEO and owned media strategy to drive business avenues.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Ecommerce/ Performance/ Growth manager in a D2C.
  • Knack for data and analytics.
  • Strong Mathematics and Business acumen is must.
  • Have detailed experience with Shopify.
  • Worked on ad platforms: Meta, Google, Snapchat.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and business analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
