Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Growth Manager at Superkicks. In this role, you will:
- Manage Media spends across different platforms.
- Optimize vitals performance metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, RoAS, CAC.
- Manage inventory forecasting and coordinate with ops for inventory procurement.
- Collaborate with Content and Marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
- Own Top line and deliver high ROI campaigns
- Analyze and Track Ecommerce performance and plan strategies to grow it further.
- Own Retention, SEO and owned media strategy to drive business avenues.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Ecommerce/ Performance/ Growth manager in a D2C.
- Knack for data and analytics.
- Strong Mathematics and Business acumen is must.
- Have detailed experience with Shopify.
- Worked on ad platforms: Meta, Google, Snapchat.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and business analysis.
- Excellent communication skills.
