Job Title: Sales Manager – Travel Trade, MICE & Wellness Location: Delhi, Manali Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality and travel trade sector, including expertise in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) . Candidates with experience in the wellness industry will have an added advantage. The ideal candidate will drive B2 B sales, develop corporate accounts, and expand the resort's market presence through strategic initiatives, targeting MICE, travel trade, and wellness segments. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify, develop, and manage B2 B relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, wellness partners, tour operators, and MICE planners. Promote the resort’s offerings, including wellness programs, accommodation, events, and retreats , to targeted segments. Drive business from travel trade, MICE, and wellness sectors to achieve revenue targets. MICE & Wellness Focus: Strategically promote the resort’s conference facilities, accommodation, wellness retreats, and amenities to attract conferences, events, corporate groups, and wellness programs. Collaborate with wellness agencies, organizers, and companies for retreats, yoga programs, and health-focused events. Market Expansion: Identify new markets, wellness networks, and revenue opportunities. Develop tailored packages and proposals for wellness groups, corporate tie-ups, and event planners. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the travel trade, corporate sectors, and wellness industry. Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction to promote repeat business. Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and forecasts. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve strategies. Coordination & Execution: Coordinate with internal teams (operations, reservations, marketing, wellness center, and events) to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements. Represent the resort at travel trade shows, wellness expos, networking events, and exhibitions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in hospitality sales, travel trade, MICE , and wellness (preferred). Strong understanding of B2 B sales processes, travel agency networks, wellness agencies, and corporate accounts. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in MICE, wellness, and travel trade segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
