We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and students with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
- Provide accurate information about Makoons' programs, services, and events to visitors and callers.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and inquiries for the administration team.
- Assist in handling admissions-related queries and documentation.
- Manage courier and postal services, ensuring timely distribution of documents.
- Support the administrative team with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle inquiries politely and professionally.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
