RRD GO CREATIVE is currently seeking a Manager/Senior Manager - HR for the ITES domain to join

in the Chennai location.

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Over 12 to 14 years and a Minimum of 8 Years of experience in ITES hiring and team

management.

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in Recruitment life cycle, excellent communication skills, and

the ability to attract top talent. This role involves developing recruitment strategies and strong

implementation skills to attract the talent.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage the entire life cycle of recruitment including compensation discussion and BGV

process.

 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.

 Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, priorities

and coordinate for hiring forecast for future needs.

 Good experience of working on applicant tracking systems, sourcing, recruiting data &

recruiting tools. Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when

establishing near-term goals.

 Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.

 Suggest organization in terms of improving the overall recruitment process.

 Recommend ways to improve the RRD brand.

 Focus on the candidate's experience.

 Conduct Market research on industry best recruitment practices, market data, etc.

 Participate in job fairs and career events across Chennai.

 Manage and train a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators.

 Act as a mentor to the team of recruiters

 Publish recruitment dashboards periodically to the hiring managers and Leadership team.

 Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

 Keep the recruiters informed on the management decisions and drive them to achieve the

SLAs set.

 Assist the recruiters with the salary discussion and make sure the candidate has the best

recruitment experience.

Qualifications:

 MBA in HR/HRM/PGDM in HR.

 10+ years of experience in the recruitment Industry with the key responsibilities mentioned above.

 Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and targets.

 Strong understanding of Full Recruitment cycle and employment laws and regulations

 Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Decision-Making skills.

 Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to foster a culture

of belonging and equity within the recruitment process.

 Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR databases.
