Experience: 5+ years in Real Estate Bachelor of Law (LLB) preferably with a Masters in Law / Business Law Compile available documents, identify further documentation requirements and present the same to the Management for analysis Draft legal documents (Preliminary title flow and title opinion, MOU, Joint Development Agreement, Sales Deed, Agreement to Sell, Agreement to Build, Sale Deed in favour of the end customers, draft notices, reply notices to the customer notices / complaints, public notice, police complaints etc. Work closely with Land Owners and Accounts Department to ensure the required payments are made at various stages, reconcile the payments made to the LOs, Settlement of Land Owners Accounts post completion of the project; Work closely with Liaison Department including Securing revenue documents such as RTCs, ECs etc., Coordination with Bankers, Advocates & consultants, CRM etc., : Periodically interact with external advocates on all legal related issues concerning the Organization (e. g. Coordinate with and submit required documents to Bankers to obtain project approvals in coordination with the Marketing Department; Coordinate with CRM team for registration of end customer documentation and interaction with RERA, Litigation and court matters; to give evidence on behalf of the Company in court cases before all the authorities including civil / criminal / revenue / Police Station or any other authorities. Handle RERA registration of projects, RERA complaints, appear before an Adjudicating officer, Tribunal etc. Handle Consumer Complaints, appear before District / State Consumer Forum etc. Obtain and file the judgment / order / decree copy Maintain land
