The work is dynamic, fast-paced, and closely aligned with Oracles quarterly and annual fiscal cycles, ensuring critical support to the global sales organization.Role Overview:As a Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, validating, and processing contract documentation in compliance with Oracle policies. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, mitigate risk, and enable seamless business operations.Key Responsibilities:Create, validate, and process contract documents using Oracle’s standard templates.Ensure compliance with Oracle policies, approvals, and corporate risk guidelines.Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Deal Desk teams for smooth deal execution.Manage multiple requests efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.Provide exceptional customer focus and maintain a high level of accuracy.Required Skills:Strong decision-making skills under pressure, even with incomplete data.Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.High adaptability and quick learning ability in a fast-moving environment.Strong organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).(Preferred) 10 years of experience handling contractual documents.(Preferred) Knowledge of Oracle policies and procedures.Shift Details:Shift Timing: Flexible and should be open to work Night shifts
