You will be responsible for automating processes, analyzing data, and applying insights to optimize seller performance on e-commerce platforms.

Job Location: Bangalore

Salary Range: 6 LPA

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of account management experience in data science, automation engineering, or related fields

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

• Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media is an advantage

• Strong foundation in  data reporting, automation, and analysis

•  Proficiency in Python, SQL, and automation tools for data processing

• Familiarity with  machine learning concepts like  neural networks, NLP, and computer vision

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, GST) and proficiency with  MS Office suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

•  Data Analysis & Automation : Utilize data science tools and automation techniques to enhance operational efficiencies for sellers on the platform.

•  Seller Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with sellers, providing clear, actionable insights to improve their business performance.

•  Process Optimization : Automate and optimize key operational processes to reduce manual effort and increase scalability.

•  Business Analysis : Perform deep dive analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement, publishing recommendations based on data insights.

•  Technical Leadership : Partner with internal teams to implement new technologies and train stakeholders on using automation and data analysis systems.
