Accounts Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial transactions, accounting processes, and reporting functions for our Mining Sand Quarry's , stockyard operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations and play a critical role in budget management, cost optimization, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure adherence to financial goals and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors as required.
  • Maintain accurate inventory valuation records and liaise with the stockyard operations team.
  • Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Professional certifications like CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GST, and tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
