Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Front Office Manager to oversee the front desk operations, ensure exceptional customer service, drive revenue growth through upselling and event management, and spearhead corporate sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, vendors, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
*Front Desk Operations*
1. Manage the front desk, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
2. Oversee billing, invoicing, and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Guest Interactions*
1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
*Corporate Sales*
1. Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
2. Build and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
3. Negotiate and close corporate deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns.
*Social Media Coordination*
1. Collaborate with the marketing agency to manage social media presence, create content, and engage with followers.
*Lead Follow-ups*
1. Convert leads into bookings, following up with potential guests, and negotiating rates and packages.
*Upselling*
1. Identify opportunities to upsell services, such as
*Event Management*
Pitch for events, such as corporate events, Birthday parties, team building avticities and golf tournaments, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality service.
Requirements:
1. _Education_: Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. _Experience_: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a front office management role, preferably in a golf resort or hospitality industry.
3. _Skills_: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, property management systems, and social media platforms.
4. _Language_: Fluency in English, with excellent spoken and written skills.
5. _Personality_: Charismatic, dynamic, and guest-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
