**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at Digiaccel Learning in Gurugram. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and communication. The role involves various administrative tasks related to the smooth running of the office and support to other teams as needed.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Ø Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and students in a professional and friendly manner
Ø Scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
Ø Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and organized records.
Ø Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials available
Ø Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Ø Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ø Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
Ø Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all partners
Ø Filing and organizing paperwork and documents
**Requirements and skills**
Ø Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ø Hands-on experience with office equipment's
Ø Professional attitude and appearance
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ø Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Ø Excellent organizational skills
Ø Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
**Salary Range - 25- 30K**
**Immediate joiner Required**
**Experience - 6 months - 2 Years**
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
