**Receptionist / Front Desk Executive - Education Sector**

Our offerings include exam preparations for IELTS (A/GT), TOEFL-IBT, PTE, Duo-lingo English Test, SAT, GRE, GMAT, UKVI IELTS, CAEL, CELPIP, OET, as well as immersive language courses in English, French, German, and Spanish.
**Position Overview**: We are seeking a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive who will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our education portal. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our organization. In addition to handling incoming calls and providing clerical support, the role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attractive body language, and effective communication to engage with students and visitors.
**Job Role**:
- Answer incoming calls promptly, within three rings, with a positive and warm tone.
- Skillfully direct calls to the appropriate staff members in a courteous and professional manner.
- Regularly check calls on hold every 45 seconds, offering the option to continue holding or leave a message.
- Address inquiries directly or guide them to the most suitable person for assistance.
- Organize and maintain an inventory of admissions folders.
- Ensure office and faculty supplies are adequately stocked.
- Dispatch admissions information to families within 24 hours of initial request.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, offering assistance such as coat collection and promptly notifying the relevant staff.
- Maintain a tidy reception area, regularly replenishing marketing materials, magazines, and ensuring a professional and comfortable office environment.
- Provide refreshments, like coffee, to waiting visitors.
- Keep the Welcome Board updated with current announcements.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 'A' level or Diploma in any discipline.
- Exceptional communication skills, including attractive body language and effective verbal and written abilities.
- **Minimum of 6 months' relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in industries such as cabin crew, hotels, or client services.**:
- Strong understanding of document control and management.
- Pleasant personality, maturity, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Professionalism, maturity, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking and independent work abilities.
