About the role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive to be a part of the CRM Marketing team and help in the execution, management, and analysis of CRM marketing campaigns.

This role will support the development of strategies to engage and retain customers across multiple channels, including push notifications, email, SMS, Whats App, and more.

The Junior Executive will help ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and contribute to data-driven decision-making to enhance campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of CRM marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, Whats App, and chatbots.

Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign assets and messages.

Monitor campaign performance daily and weekly to ensure campaigns are running as planned and address any issues that arise.

Knowledge of Basic SQL for querying databases and familiarity with API integrations, P2 P connectors, etc 2.

Campaign Management: Maintain campaign calendars and schedules, ensuring all campaign elements are executed on time.

Update and manage customer segments and lists to ensure accurate targeting and personalization of campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI for ongoing campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for review by the CRM Marketing Manager and other stakeholders.

Assist in segmenting customer data and creating targeted campaign lists based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in CRM systems and support data hygiene efforts.

Optimization & Testing: Help implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.

Analyze results from testing and provide recommendations for adjustments and improvements.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and analytics, to support CRM initiatives and align with overall marketing objectives.

Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate efforts and share updates on campaign progress.

6.

Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM marketing.

Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of CRM marketing strategies.

Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on CRM or digital marketing preferred.

● Basic understanding of CRM strategies and best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle management.

● Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Clevertap, Gupshup, Salesforce) is a plus.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

● Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis is beneficial.

● Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
