What the job looks like: Identify customer needs & catering to the same by arranging demos, and thereafter ensuring conversions Building good customer relations, stakeholder management & communications Undertake the plan renewals and customer retention Coordinating with central program team, revenue team & market stakeholders Basic requisites: Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA - Sales & Marketing) Good communicator; fluent in English; Warm & Hospitable Self Driven, eager to learn, smart to anticipate, adapt & Deliver Can innovate and apply general management acumen Has good relationship building skills & strong value system Basic knowledge of Google sheets, MS Office & other computer tools CTC: 4 - 6 lacs pa Allowances (as applicable) Sales Incentives Company Culture & Ethos: Work Life Balance.
