Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented PPC Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. As a PPC specialist, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing our online advertising strategies to maximize ROI and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize ad copy, creative, and landing pages for higher click-through rates and conversions.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and prepare detailed reports.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to track performance and derive actionable insights.
- Recommend and implement data-driven optimizations to achieve campaign goals.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Provide accurate forecasting and ensure campaigns stay within budgetary constraints.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to align ad creative with campaign objectives.
- Communicate campaign strategies, performance, and improvements to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of PPC advertising strategies, bid management, and audience targeting.
- Experience with analytics and performance tracking tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and related software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, or Shopping) or Meta Ads is a plus.
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with additional advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.) is a bonus.
- Knowledge of advanced ROI analysis and marketing performance metrics.
