Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Amogh Buildtech Private Limited in Gurugram. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for engaging in social media marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop content that resonates with the target audience.
- Continuously analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- SEO & SEM Management:
- Manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and implement best practices for content optimization.
- Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and ensure their performance aligns with business goals.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, including property showcases, virtual tours, customer testimonials, and blog posts.
- Monitor social media trends and manage community engagement.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Leverage digital channels to generate quality leads, nurture leads through automated email campaigns, and convert them into clients.
- Use data and analytics to track lead conversion rates and make recommendations for improvement.
- Website Management and Optimization:
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website to ensure it is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with current marketing efforts.
- Work with web developers and designers to ensure the website provides an excellent user experience and effectively captures leads.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing software to track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales and Other Teams:
- Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing strategies with lead generation and sales goals.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, email newsletters, and other digital assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in managing digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (Google Ads, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing trends in digital marketing.
- Experience with CRM software and lead management tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and customer behaviour.
Candidates with real estate background are highly preferable.
