Job Location: Bangalore Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with our company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally. 2. Handle customer chat messages, ensuring quick and clear communication. 3. Manage incoming customer calls, addressing queries and providing support. 4. Assist customers in placing orders online and guide them through the process. 5. Address post-order issues, resolving grievances and ensuring customer satisfaction. 6. Coordinate between customers and the operations team to streamline issue resolution and order fulfilment. Qualifications: • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Prior experience in customer support is not a must • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues effectively. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
