Key Responsibilities:-
- Explore and identify suitable Digital technologies for the business case and Onboard through suitable partners.
- Planned and executed the technologies with the support of internal and external stakeholders. Implement and manage new technologies effectively.
- Drive the Digital COE initiatives with the support of various user departments,
- Enable and expand the technologies across the organization on a timely basis.
- Design, Define, and report digital KPIs and metrics on the digital goals.
- Act as a champion and change agent in leading the organizational changes required to create and sustain enterprise digital capabilities.
- Work with the business team and leaders to establish digital transformation practices in the organization.
- Organize and lead project initiatives of digital along with Cross functional team.
- Influence every user to adopt the industry's best practices on Digital technology.
- Build and maintain external relationships in academia, as well as with industry bodies, vendors, and technology analysts to learn and influence.
- Partner with functional team to develop and exploit new digital business solutions and digital talent, to create a competitive edge for the enterprise.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the digital technology architecture and the roadmap for its future development that supports the business needs.
- Accountable for the development of Standards & Processes including SOPs, and checklists on Digital technologies.
- Identify, and review digital risks, and evolve proactive actions to mitigate the threats.

- Strong interpersonal skills Demonstrate leadership: A proven track record of successfully leading complex, multidisciplinary projects and talent teams in new endeavors.
- Analytical Skills: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively guide and sustain people, processes, and technology changes in a dynamic and complex operating environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills: to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists; and to sell ideas and processes internally at all levels.
- Effective leadership skills: on team building and consensus building. To balance the project and individual responsibilities and achieve goals through others who are not directly under the supervision, by working ethically and with integrity.
- Demonstrate knowledge of employee-facing services such as personal and group productivity tools, data discovery, intranets, knowledge management, social networks, and technology support.
- Digital dexterity: along with the vision to see how the role can improve employee agility and engagement.
