Fresh Bus is a modern-age smart bus service, which enhances the Indian bus journey and customer experience to best standards by providing a comfortable, safe and sustainable travelling experience to the bus travellers through its use of technology combined with best process and innovation. Primary Roles & and Responsibility 1. Strategize Content a. Plan & strategies content with internal & external stakeholders. b. Ensure TOV consistency across all platforms. c. Work closely with all marketing stakeholders to strategize & write copy. d. Strategize Blogs & manage blog writing, and collaborate with external parties. e. Work closely with the SEO agency on day-to-day requirements. 2. Create Content a. Create trending in-house content with the help of the Social team. b. Identify avenues to create cost-effective & relevant content. c. Should have a strong hold on proofreading content/copy. d. Create high-quality & innovative Push Notifications, Email content & Whats App Copy. 3. Manage Content Management System a. Own complete CMS. b. Stay up to date with content across all platforms. c. Work closely with the Tech team to manage requirements related to CMS. 4. Content Research a. Keep a close watch on competitor websites & analyse their content. b. Do regular audits of own website to check if the content is relevant for the users. c. Suggest innovations & improvements. Qualifications Requirements: 1. Should have worked in a B2 C company, start-up experience is a plus 2. Should be a champion of copywriting & content management 3. Should have an eye for detail & love for content innovation
