About the RoleWe’re building a next-gen Wellness App and are looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to own the product roadmap, drive growth experiments, and create seamless user experiences. If you thrive in 0→1 environments and love turning insights into impact, this is for youKey Responsibilities- Build and execute the end-to-end product strategy & roadmap- Conduct user research, define personas, and optimize personalized journeys- Lead rapid experimentation, A/B & multivariate testing- Use analytics to uncover product insights and drive decision-making- Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics & business teams- Create clear PRDs and manage the full feature lifecycle- Track KPIs, optimize funnels, and grow user engagement & subscriptions- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data-backed hypothesesRequirements- 3-5 years experience in product management, specifically in wellness or healthcare applications, are preferred- Strong analytical background with hands-on experience in:- SQL, Google Analytics, Firebase, Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, A/B testing tools- Proven ability to interpret metrics and convert insights into roadmap actions- Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and user journey design- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Engineering/CS preferred)- High ownership, adaptability, and execution-oriented mindset
