About the RoleWe’re building a next-gen Wellness App and are looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to own the product roadmap, drive growth experiments, and create seamless user experiences. If you thrive in 0→1 environments and love turning insights into impact, this is for youKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute the end-to-end product strategy & roadmapConduct user research, define personas, and optimize personalized journeysLead rapid experimentation, A/B & multivariate testingUse analytics to uncover product insights and drive decision-makingCollaborate with design, engineering, analytics & business teamsCreate clear PRDs and manage the full feature lifecycleTrack KPIs, optimize funnels, and grow user engagement & subscriptionsIdentify and prioritize growth opportunities using data-backed hypothesesRequirements3-5 years experience in product management, specifically in wellness or healthcare applications, are preferredStrong analytical background with hands-on experience in:SQL, Google Analytics, Firebase, Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, A/B testing toolsProven ability to interpret metrics and convert insights into roadmap actionsSolid understanding of UI/UX best practices and user journey designBachelor’s/Master’s degree (Engineering/CS preferred)High ownership, adaptability, and execution-oriented mindset
