Our manufacturing processes utilize advanced machinery and a skilled workforce for precision in all industrial activities.Location: Ambernath, MaharashtraRole DescriptionEnsure compliance with labor laws, including the Minimum Wage Act, Bonus Act, and other applicable regulations.Maintain harmonious industrial relations in the factory and provide regular feedback to management.Ensure employee insurance coverage (Medical Insurance, Group Insurance, ESIC, etc.) for both permanent and temporary employees.Manage recruitment of permanent and contract workers, attendance tracking, wage calculation, and enforcement of discipline.Lead motivational activities on the shop floor and support the creation of a positive and engaging workplace environment.Oversee plant administration functions, including:Plant security managementDeployment of safety equipment on the shop floorHousekeeping contract management and ensuring proper maintenance of factory and office premisesCanteen management (food quality, hygiene, cost control, discipline, timings)Pantry managementCompany car pool managementUpkeep of office furniture.The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, managing a workforce of 200+ employees, and hold an MBA in HR with a specialization in Industrial Relations.
