We’re looking for a Manager, Product Management - AI/ML Observability to join the Machine Learning Experience (MLX) team Using advanced analytics, data science and machine learning, we derive valuable insights about product and process design, consumer behavior, regulatory and credit risk, and more from large volumes of data, and use it to build cutting edge patentable products that drive the business forward. Product Management at Capital One is a critical, vibrant craft that requires a blend of entrepreneurial drive, keen business acumen, customer experience obsession, technical depth and strong people leadership. The MLX team is at the forefront of how Capital One builds and deploys responsible GenAI and ML models; we onboard and educate associates on the GenAI and ML platforms and products that the whole company uses; and we’re working to seamlessly infuse Generative AI and ML into the fabric of the company. The AI experience we're creating is the foundation upon which our lines of business will continue to deliver next-generation machine learning-driven products and services for our customers. Deeply understand the needs of data scientists, machine learning engineers and model risk officers across Capital One. Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies. Interested in building lasting relationships with peers and having fun while building products that delight customers and drive value to the business. Even better if you have experience doing this for data scientists and machine learning engineers. Passionate about building a well-rounded product management skill set that is human centered, business focused, and technology driven with an emphasis on integrated problem solving and people leadership. You are experienced working in an Agile environment. Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology. At least 8 years of professional work experience. At least 5 years of experience in product management. At least 3 years of experience in building AI powered products and/or AI platform products for enterprises. MBA or Master’s degree. Expertise in building enterprise platform products with focus on AIOps and MLOps, AI/ML observability. Experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies. Experience in Data Science or Business Analytics. People leadership experience leading product managers.
