Learn more at responsive.io.About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core “Strategic Response Management (SRM)” offering, with a particular emphasis on leveraging AI technology. This individual will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining product roadmap, and overseeing the successful execution of product initiatives. Candidates who are passionate about AI and eager to incorporate AI-driven solutions into B2B SaaS products are highly encouraged to apply.Essential ResponsibilitiesProduct Planning & Execution: Collaborate with product leaders to define strategy and roadmap. Use data-driven prioritization for feature development. Maintain a refined backlog for strategic alignment.Development & Delivery: Lead end-to-end feature execution, breaking down requirements into epics and user stories. Manage release plans with clear scope and acceptance criteria. Ensure feasibility and quality through technical collaboration.Customer Focus & Innovation: Gather insights from research, feedback, and data to inform decisions. Leverage AI for automation and innovation. Identify emerging technologies to enhance products.Cross-functional Leadership: Align with sales, marketing, and customer success for effective launches. Communicate roadmap and benefits. Own product collaterals.Performance & Optimization: Define and track KPIs. Establish feedback loops to refine and improve product performance.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. MBA is a plusExperienceMinimum 3 years of product management experience in software or technology products.Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for B2B SaaS products.Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and best practices.Technical background or hands-on experience in software development is a plus.Experience with AI-driven products or technologies is an added advantage.Experience in the domain of Request for Proposal, Security software like VRM(Vendor Risk Management) and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) will be a plus.Knowledge, Ability & SkillsStrategic thinking Product Manager with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and delivering customer-centric solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data to drive product decisions.Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across disciplines.Experience as a Product Owner (PO), driving the design, development, and timely launch of high-quality features with strong user adoption.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments, senior stakeholders, and global teams (US, India).
