Banks in over 100 countries rely on Finacle to help more than a billion people save, pay, borrow, and invest better.To know more about Finacle, visit www.finacle.comRole scopeDesignation: Manager-Product ManagementBase location: BengaluruFull-time employeeRequired work experience: 10-15 years To drive product design while balancing customer needs and business requirements to tap the existing market potential10+ years of proven Product Management experience in a software / product development organization (primary requirement)/ Banks/ NBFC/ FinTech (primary requirement)Demonstrated competence in creating complex solutions / products while shouldering end to end responsibilitiesRetail / Corporate/ Digital banking domain knowledge is an addedWeb technologies & software development process understanding is a plus. Set budgets for product realization and drive teams to adhere to the cost plan to maintain profitabilityAssist in the commercial evaluation of ecosystem partners and recommend optionsDrive self and team to identify incremental / disruptive improvement for existing products / ideas for new products through in-person customer researchCreate a business case for product pricing and suggest means to guard the profitability of the productValidate the templates/ questionnaires / framework for collating marketdata and customer/ user personaCommission market research,usability studies and focus groups to identify best benchmarks for solving customer problemsBuild out customer / user personas to drive identification of new product ideas / incremental or disruptive product enhancementsUse customer and market feedback, competitive analysis and business metrics to provide inputs to make informed decisions on the product roadmap and shape the future ofthe productAnalyse each enhancement / modification / new product to identify alignment with EV's portfolio of products and their product visionDevelop and communicate new product / enhancement vision to the product realization team (Program Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, etc.)Create the road map for the product with high level feature specifications to communicate the product vision
