Role:Responsible for 1st level support to local customers and regional escalation support on our SMT Solution equipment including installation, hotline management and field servicing activities to customers.Responsibilities:- Performs machine installation, commissioning, on-site training and production monitoring- Performs standby service support- Responds to customer and regional service calls and attend to problem at customer side when required- Provides on-site training to customers- Participates in continuous improvement and developing of new ideas and technology on product training delivery that add value to our customers- Other technical related activities related to SMT Solutions offeringsRequirements:- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical and Computer/Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. For the Senior Engineer role, a minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience is required.- Experience in Printer, Pick & Place and Solder Paste Inspection machines is a must- Experience in SMT equipment especially ASMPT one is preferred- Experience in SMT Process and Applications, Line Software’s integration, MES and Industrial Automation preferred- Knowledge in basic project management skills will be advantageous- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Results & quality oriented- Team player and able to collaborate effectively with others- Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, and open to relocationWork Location: India, Bangalore/ Chennai
